1.2 YOUR ORDER WILL BE PLACED AUTOMATICALLY IN YOUR SHOPPING BAG.

3. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

ALL SHIPMENTS ARE CARRIED OUT BY DHL. THE ORDERED ARTICLES WILL BE SENT TO THE INDICATED INVOICE AND/OR DELIVERY ADDRESS.

PLEASE PRINT-OUT THIS RETURN SLIP AND ATTACH IT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE RETURN-PACKAGE. AFTER THAT, PLEASE BRING THE RETURN-PACKAGE TO YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE FOR CONVENIENT RETURN TO US. 6. REFUNDS

WE TRY OUR VERY BEST TO PROCESS A REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT A RETURN PROCESS CAN TAKE UP TO 14 DAYS. THE REFUND CAN ONLY BE EXECUTED VIA THE PAYMENT METHOD CHOSEN DURING THE ORDER PLACEMENT.

IN CASE OF A REFUND, THE CREDIT WILL GO TO THE INDIVIDUAL DEBITED DURING THE ORDER PLACEMENT.

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following conditions, whereby the consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must (Teofit by Neues, Konstanzerstrasse 5, 8280 Kreuzlingen , Schweiz, email: contact@teofit.com) by means of a clear statement (eg. a letter or e-mail sent by post) informing you of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not required.

In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for any payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received notice of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; In no case will you be charged for this repayment fees. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days.

You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of the return are estimated with regard to such goods, which can not normally be returned to us by mail due to their nature (forwarding goods), for each such goods to a maximum of about 6.90 euros.

You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature termination of the right of withdrawal

The right of revocation expires prematurely in contracts for the delivery of sealed goods, which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

General information

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components back to us. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide suitable packaging for sufficient protection against transport damage.

2) Please do not return the goods to us unfree.

3) Please note that the above-mentioned items 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
